PROBLEM STATEMENT
Pharmaceutical and life sciences companies encounter inefficiencies, high operational costs, and suboptimal outcomes caused by outdated systems. This creates a demand for an AI-powered platform to enhance customer relationship management, sales tracking, and data analysis for better results.

Multi-Platform Incentives Dashboard
THE CHALLENGE

Data on performance, incentives, and goals was spread across multiple tools, making access and action difficult for sales teams, managers, and executive leadership within life sciences and pharmaceutical companies

Without a centralized view, tracking progress and payouts was time-consuming, leading to delays and errors in decision-making. This hindered team efficiency, organizational performance, and strategic alignment, particularly for professionals striving to optimize operations and drive data-informed decisions
How might we provide field teams real-time insights and personalized incentives to boost operational effectiveness?
Understanding previously designed Javelin portal dashboard

Collaborated with Product Managers (PMs) and the Head of UX to gather design requirements and insights, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and user expectations.
Conducted a thorough walk-through of pre-developed screens to analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and align designs with product objectives and user-centric principles.
Mapping the Fundamental Friction Points
🚫 Key elements, like the "Welcome Report," occupy prominent areas but fail to stand out visually, reducing their impact.
📎 Sections like "Resources" and "Report Links" are overcrowded, making navigation overwhelming and discouraging interaction.
🤯 The design lacks a clear focus, with too many elements competing for attention, making it difficult for users to identify key information.
🙅 Users will likely tune out unnecessary content presented upfront, as it lacks relevance or context to their immediate goals.
